Lincs Repair may collect store and use the following kinds of personal information:

Information relating to any transaction carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website including information relating to any purchase you make of our goods and services or for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters.  These may include name, address, telephone number, email address.  This information may be used for the purposes of providing you with an efficient after sales service or to enable us to provide information to you on leather care or future offers that may be of interest to you.  
Your information is stored securely and is never passed to any third parties, without your express permission ie, in the case of referrals for work not covered by Lincs repair, in which case only contact details will be passed to an appropriate company.


Credit/Debit card numbers and details are not kept by Lincs Repair in any format.

PAYMENT;

We accept most major credit and debit cards for online purchases through PayPal.

we also accept credit and debit card payments via INTUIT pay. via telephone or in person.

This ensures you can be guaranteed a safe and secure transaction. 
You may also pay by cheque although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 3 days from receipt of cheque. All cheques should be made to Lincs Repair, 43 Cotman Rd, Lincoln, LN6 7NU

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS;

All Our Leather Care and repair products are dispatched to your door direct from our suppliers, whom aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days from receipt of payment, aiming at arriving at your door within 2 working days. (Goods often arriving within 3 days total, but please allow 5 working days in total)
In the event that there is a problem with availability you will be contacted by email to advise you of restocking times.  
In the majority of cases Royal Mail First Class will be used to deliver your order unless you have expressly specified other methods in your order or weight is an issue, in which case a courier will be used.  Royal Mail delivery times can vary considerably so please bear with us if weather or other situations beyond our control delays your delivery
Lincs repair can only consider claims for lost parcels after 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days for overseas deliveries.  Claims must be made in writing or email giving order details and date.

POSTAGE & LABELS;

you can arrange your own courier if you wish too and post to Lincs repair, 43 Cotman Rd, Lincoln, LN6 7NU. or

We currently use collect+ for postage as this has proved to be the most convenient for most clients.

The standard rate of insurance cover is £50.00, you can arrange higher insurance at extra costs. we charge the exact amount charged to use by collect+, therefore your contract for insurance is with collect+ . even if we have purchased a postal label with them for you. (We will of course help if such a claim should arise)


REFUNDS AND RETURNS of cleaning PRODUCTS

If you buy anything from us that you are not totally satisfied with, just notify us in writing within 7 days, returns MUST be in an unused and in resalable condition for a full refund. lincsrepair@talktalk.net


If goods arrive in a damaged condition, Lincs repair must be notified within 7 days.  Please return the goods to us for a replacement.
Lincs repair reserve the right to charge a restocking or administration fee if appropriate.

Professional Disclaimer;

It is accepted by the client that Lincs repair and / or its agents have been engaged by the client as a result of flaws, damage, excessive or normal wear to the material, or a desire to improve the appearance of the leather to the item that is being restored. it is understood that Lincs repair and its agents do not offer a general warranty of the repaired item, nor do we state the item will be returned to the client in an 'as good as new' condition. Due to the nature and differing characteristics of leather materials available on the market, Lincs repair cannot guarantee every repair will turn out to be invisible. Every effort will be made by Lincs Repairs technicians to qualify as accurately as possible the likely end result of a repair being undertaken. our quotes do not allow for additional work that may arise from any pre-existing problem or condition of the leather which may not present itself until once the work has begun. in such cases Lincs Repair and its agents will not accept any liability for such pre-existing conditions and / or damage, but are authorised to change additional time and materials after explaining the available options, if required.
